This workshop blends scientific, artistic, mystical and cross-cultural perspectives, and the instructor’s personal experience with change, to show you how to leave the past behind and re-create yourself. Through lecture and in-class discussions, you learn how to confront and discard bad habits, negative thought patterns, addictions, and old belief systems that no longer serve you. You can also develop compassion and true forgiveness for those who have hurt you, allowing old wounds to heal. Throughout the workshop, you learn ways to manipulate the physical environment in order to catalyze your transformation.
